Service Offerings

Airport Services BVI Ltd seeks to provide a wholesome experience for the patrons who use Terrence B. Lettsome International Airport; whether they are small commercial, charter or cargo operations or owners of private and corporate jetliners. We achieve this by coming to the assistance of these patrons to provide a full range of services in connection with their arrival to and departure from the airport and all points in between. In this regard, our services cover pre, current and post representation – prior to the patrons arriving in the Territory, during their stop-over or stay in the Territory and after their departure from the Territory.
Private and corporate airline operators are encouraged to request these services of our team. We have humbly and proudly serviced thousands of passengers over our long years in the industry and always look forward to being engaged in this way.

Passenger Handling

For each and every airline that Airport Services (ASBVI) represents , our service personnel are on occasion required to meet and greet arriving passengers and accompany them to the arrival VIP Lounge . We are always pleased to assist in these regards and are at all times sure to carry on these services in the strictest atmosphere of safety. All departing passengers are asked to proceed to the Airport Services Desk inside the checking terminal for baggage processing and other fast tracked departure checks. while, Arriving passengers and crew will be met by the aircraft, where our fast-tracked service and handling begins.

Baggage Handling

Airport Services( ASBVI) is welcomed onto the parking apron by our trained and certified Ramp Agents who marshal the aircraft to its designated safe parking spot, where it is secured. As our baggage handlers occupy themselves with offloading baggage, then bring to Customs for screening with care and methodically load baggage following aviation safety regulations.

Customs and Immigration Clearance

Customers are privileged to experience our fast tracked process ,for the Immigration and Customs clearance clients simply furnish copies of the travel documents of all arriving/departing passengers and crew prior to the arrival, along with details of accommodations, from check-in to final departure, we will do all your paper work. The information may be submitted to us via e-mail ,WhatsApp of our social media links. Customers general declarations, immigration and customs forms are all completed by our custom service team.

VIP Lounge Service

Our clients will now have access to a VIP LOUNGE and DIRECT RAMP TRANSFER upon request.
This service is dedicated facilitation service that has a separate entrance after arriving from their aircraft, includes private and discreet fast-track through welcome center, customs immigration and security screening. All separate from the commercial customers ,plus luxury atmosphere. The final part of the journey to the aircraft is carried out in a taxi or on arrival a golf cart. Customers can unwind while they wait on their flight, listen to music, enjoy coffee or tea, snacks and cold beverages.

VIP Flight Catering

Airport Services are dedicated to provide attractive, tasty and nourishing meals, not mention affordable prices. Send us your catering request for your flight, our VIP caterers are well experience in the airline industry and will fill your menu orders in a timely manner and professional manner. Lavatory Services

We are equipped to undertake the cleaning of aircraft cabins, to include the lavatory, to have the aircraft prepped for outbound travel from the Territory. Prior notification will assure immediate execution of services upon arrival of the incoming aircraft. This service is of course very relevant to airlines based in the Territory as well.

Free Wifi Service

Free Wifi - Airport Services is cognizant of the fact that Wi-FI is indispensable in today’s world and invites passengers to use the connections to free Wi-Fi that we provide, thus remaining in vital touch with business associates and family. These connections are found in the comfortable, air-conditioned VIP Lounge situated in the airport terminal that is operated on concession by ASBVI. Please avail yourselves of this complimentary service, as you surround yourselves and partake of and enjoy the other amenities and relaxed atmosphere of the Lounge.

Accommodtion Bookings

Our firm maintains well-established business relations with some of the leading accommodation establishments in The British Virgin Islands – ranging from Villas, Inns operators, to our luxury hotel establishments. Let us assist you in sourcing and booking accommodations. We will arrange full ground transfer packages from the airport to your place of stay and return to the airport upon your departure. Ground transportation, accompanied by complimentary beverages is offered in new comfortable air-conditioned passenger vans and SUVs. Commercial VIP Service "ASBVI Fast Track Service"

Our Airport VIP service is dedicated to ensuring you meticulous treatment from your commercial flight , we will complete your landing form, meet and greet at the aircraft , assist you with customs and immigration clearance, also provide baggage handling and taxi service if needed, allow us to remove the hassle of waiting in long lines and deliver a fast-tracked service for you.

Fuel Services

We liaise directly with the various companies authorized by government to provide fueling services to aircraft calling at the Terrence B. International Airport. We are always in a position to guarantee prompt and on time fueling as per the needs of our clientele. Send us your fuel release before arrival . VIP Taxi Services

Trust VIP Taxi with their guests, knowing drivers are ready to cater to the ride demand. VIP Taxi can be booked for multiple departures and also provides temporarily.
Our service agents will escort your passengers to the awaiting your transportation where they will be greeted. On their journey they will receive a Tour of the Island, offered snacks, drinks and Champayne on broad.
