Ordley Theophilus Alexander Thompson
Ordley was raised on the Island of St. Vincent where he demonstrated leadership in his early life,
rising to supervisor at a local department store. He was also a top athlete in the sport of cricket for his team in St. Vincent and later managing the BVI National Cricket Team after migrating in the British Virgin Islands in 1980. After working for Air BVI from 1980 to 1992, he founded Airport Services (BVI) Ltd – (ASBVI).
Ordley built a stellar reputation as a leader with Air BVI, ASBVI and Cape Air for over forty (40+) years.

Over Forty (40) years aviation experience in airlines business, FBO Managements, Domestic and International Affairs, consultant, planning and trainer, coordinator and facilitator.

Mrs Aldin-Sterling is an experienced tourism management professional from Jamaica who hold a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism Management, and other international accreditations with over 20 years of relevant experience in diverse relation to the tourism and hospitality industry specializing in Customer service, sales and marketing, administration, human resource management, events coordination, as well as airline operations.
Responsible for the management of the Ramp Operations. With over 15 years experience in the Aviation Industry. .
